Bear Claw's /  Vega's audio ready, super thin black ear pads are a perfect solution to protecting your ears from cold weather and wind noise! Ear pads fit a wide range of  popular DOT  helmets with a Y style helmet straps as well as single strap designs. Not designed for non DOT or Novelty helmets.

  • Super thin ear pads for most DOT half helmets
  • Helmet liner tab for easy Install & Removal
  • Built in speaker pockets for small speakers.
  • Great for added warmth
  • Less wind noise

Better DOT helmets, like Harley and Vega helmets use a Y strap design which holds the ear pads closer to the ears for a tighter more comfortable fit. See pictures. Insert tab fits between helmet shell and DOT liner. See installation instructions below

The interior side of the ear pads feature a soft fabric which is designed to cover the ear and help protect from wind noise and cold weather.

Both ear pads have audio speaker pockets which will allow you to use small optional speakers with these ear pads. Speakers not included. See Pictures.

Overall ear pads are approximately 5" wide  x  3" high and 1/2" thick. The  liner Insert tab is approximately 3" wide and 2'' high.

Ear Pad's install in seconds : The locating tab on the top of each ear pad is designed to be centered between the helmet's outer shell and the inner DOT liner. Before ordering we recommend you check to see if your helmet's design will allow you to insert the thin locating tab on the top of ear pads between the helmets outer shell and the inner liner. In some cases you may have to push back the rubber helmet trim to insert to insert locating tab. These ear pads are a universal design and do not fit a helmet with no access between the helmets outer shell and the helmet's inner liner. See pictures before ordering.
